Hey Birthday Girl, wow, #20 tomorrow, 26 May 2009. Happy, happy Birthday to you from Betty Floyd, Linda Bradley and me. Linda and I met again at Dalton’s this past Sat. and talked about you (a great subject). Hope you are keeping your most interesting stories you send us. Heard your Dad and friends were able to come visit. What an incredible experience for all. I pray for you and your mission daily. You are making a tremendous difference to all involved. I love you. Stay well and safe. LB

  6. Al Caiata says:

Jayln, The Lord definately has his hand on you. It is totally amazing what you are doing and the excitement and exuberance you exhibit each and every day in Kenya. I realize how emotional it is for you to be separated from your family, but also see the emotions and love that you have for the people of Kenya. If I had a daughter I would pray the LORD made her a carbon copy of you. I enjoyed the time we spent with you last week and pray the LORD brings you back home again safely, (even if only for a short time)as he moves you to the next level. GOD’s blessings to you and will be waiting for your return to GOD’s country (Franklin).

Hi Jayln, Gee 60 & blogging for the first time. I miss you so much. I’ve run into Linda B, my initials too, only I sign things # which stands for lb. Only been to Daltons once in a while these days & twice I ran into Linda B. She told me how to write to you. You are in my prayers & will be praying for the folks you mention! Prayer is so important. Jesus is so good. Been studying about Praise. Ps 149:5 stood out today. Let the faithful rejoice that He honors them. Let them sing for joy as they lie on their beds. You must bring such sunshine there, you sure have in Franklin! Love you dearly, #

    Jayln,
We are so proud of you and what you are doing there. We are so greatful that you are allowing us to be a part of your life and the ministry you are doing thru your blog. You are an inspiration to me and to my children too. Every Sunday they come home and tell me the stories that Cody tells them in children’s church about what you are doing in Africa and how things are going there. They can’t wait to get hear about the things you experience and the people that you get to meet and minister to. Thank you so much for giving of yourself that way, we love and miss you and can’t wait to see you on the 27th. You are in our prayers!

  29. Alex Dillard says:

Hey Jayln! I pretty much messaged you back on facebook and came straight to this site haha. Im so glad God is working in your life in such a powerful way and so rapidly. I can see that you are learning what it means to truly rely on Jesus, not just believe in Him. It’s easy to get into a cycle of only believing and not relying here in America, even though the spiritual warfare is brutal. I will continue to pray for you and I hope God continues to reveal himself to you in such amazing and huge ways.

  39. Christina Lunsford says:

And I cried as I imagined those big bright eyes looking up and begging for attention. Give them hugs for me and tell them that we are praying for them. Maybe they won’t understand what you are saying, but something tells me they will. =)

    I love you,
